Koang Dual – Director of Programs Development

As the Director of Programs Development at the Maale Foundation, Koang Dual is responsible for designing, expanding, and strengthening the foundation’s education and community programs. He works closely with local schools, teachers, and communities to ensure that programs are inclusive, sustainable, and aligned with the foundation’s vision of transforming lives through education.

His responsibilities include developing new program models, assessing community needs, and ensuring that initiatives are both culturally relevant and impactful. Koang also collaborates with partners, donors, and volunteers to scale successful programs and introduce innovative approaches to education in South Sudan. With his commitment to excellence and development, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring that children and youth have access to quality education and the tools they need to thrive.
